
Brian Pinelle
Chief Nursing Officer
Brian brings over 30 years of extensive healthcare experience, including more than 25 years in leadership roles within a diverse range of hospital settings, from small community facilities to larger institutions. His most recent position was as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer in Oregon, where he successfully led initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Prior to this, he served as Chief Nursing Officer at a hospital in Florida. Brian's career started as a staff nurse, and he progressed through various clinical and operational management roles before ultimately attaining executive positions.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Rivier College, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Walden University. He is certified as a Nurse Executive-Advanced by the Nurses Credentialing Center and has actively participated in various professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American College of Health Care Executives, and the Medford Board of Health. Additionally, Brian contributed to the field by publishing an article in Advance for Nurses, Merion Publications, in February 2004 and he has served in Advisor and Faculty roles in various nursing educational programs.
