Ralph Padilla, MBA, BSN, RN, CRRN

Chief Nursing Officer

Ralph Padilla brings over 13 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, including almost ten years dedicated to inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Throughout his career, Ralph has advanced through multiple leadership roles, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence in post-acute care settings.

Before joining Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, Ralph served as Chief Nursing Officer at a newly opened rehabilitation hospital where he successfully led the recruitment and onboarding of an entire nursing department, ensured full regulatory compliance, and achieved timely completion of AHCA and Joint Commission surveys. His leadership helped establish strong quality and safety practices, contributing to high patient satisfaction and reduced acute care transfers. He has also implemented a daily interdisciplinary safety huddle focused on patient outcomes and satisfaction, strengthening communication and collaboration across care teams.  Ralph is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse® (CRRN®) through the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN).

Ralph earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University and his Associate Degree in Nursing from Pasco-Hernando State College.
