Tracy A. Clarke, PT, DPT

Chief Therapy Officer

Tracy A. Clarke, PT, DPT serves as Chief Therapy Officer at Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, where she leads medical rehabilitation therapy services and supports interdisciplinary clinical operations. She is recognized for her expertise in inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care, and complex medical rehabilitation, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes, clinical excellence, and team development.

Prior to joining Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa, Tracy held leadership roles including Multi-Site Director of Rehabilitation, Director of Rehabilitation, and Rehab Coordinator/Physical Therapist. Throughout her career, she has led medical rehabilitation operations across multiple inpatient facilities, collaborated closely with physicians and care teams, and driven quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Tracy also helped implement the Johns Hopkins Early Mobility Program for medically complex patients requiring ventilator support and specialized rehabilitation services. Her clinical background includes extensive experience in neurologic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex rehabilitation care.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from the University of North Florida.
